How to integrate ReConvert with Klaviyo | Legacy


Klaviyo is a marketing automation platform that automates SMS and email marketing to help businesses acquire and grow their customer base. The Klaviyo integration allows you to sync customer birthdays from ReConvert to Klaviyo and send automated birthday flows.


Setting Up the Integration


1️⃣ Firstly, make sure you've added the Birthday Collector section to your thank you page


2️⃣ From the ReConvert dashboard, navigate to Settings -> General settings.



3️⃣ Scroll down to Third party birthday integration -> choose Klaviyo and click Save.



4️⃣ For the ”API key” field, log in to your Klaviyo account, click on your account name and click the “Account” option.



5️⃣ Click the “Settings” menu and choose the “API Keys” option



6️⃣ Copy your API Key / Site ID



7️⃣ Paste the code in the “API key” field and click the “Save” button.



And you’re good to go, you can now send automated birthday emails through Klaviyo!
