How to Integrate ReConvert + Whatsapp & SMS Cart Recovery

Whatsapp & SMS Cart Recovery is a Shopify app that sends SMS Notifications, and ReConvert has an integration with this app which allows you to utilize the Birthday Collection feature to send happy birthday SMS messages to your customers!

You will collect customers' birthdays through ReConvert, and set up the birthday automation through SMS Notifications- we'll take care of the birthday data sync.

How to Enable The Integration

1️⃣ Firstly, make sure you've added the Birthday Collector section to your thank you page

2️⃣ From the ReConvert dashboard, navigate to Settings > General settings.
3️⃣ Scroll down to Third party birthday integration > choose SMS Notifications and click Save.



📝 NOTE: Once the integration has been completed, you will see the pop-up message the "Record updated successfully"

4️⃣ In the SMS Notifications dashboard, go to 3rd Party Apps



5️⃣ Under ReConvert, click the settings button



6️⃣ In the settings page, enable the integration, edit your messages and you are done!



From here on, you'll now be able to send automatic birthday SMS messages to your customers!
