In this article, we’ll walk you through ReConvert’s pricing plans on the Shopify platform, and help you understand how app fees are calculated.

ReConvert comes with a 30-day no-risk trial. This means you can see how much ReConvert can help your business with absolutely no risk! Once this trial ends, you'll be charged monthly based on your store's total order volume over the last 30 days + 0.75% commission of generated revenue by the app. You will be charged retrospectively at the end of the no-risk trial period based on orders and revenue from within that period.

All the app's features are fully available on all levels of plan!



After each 30 day period, you'll be charged based your store's total order volume + 0.75% of generated revenue by the app, regardless of whether the ReConvert app is enabled or not so please make sure you activate and use the app!

⚠️ IMPORTANT: Our plan base fee is set according to the total number of orders in your store, not only orders that were generated by ReConvert

💡 EXAMPLE: Your store processed 480 total orders in the last 30 days, and 15 of those orders were generated by ReConvert, contributing $133 in revenue.

Here’s how your charge is calculated:

Base Fee: Since your total order volume is 480, you fall into the 200-499 orders tier, which costs $29.99.
Commission: ReConvert-generated revenue ($133) is subject to a 0.75% commission, which equals $1.
Total Charge: $29.99 (base fee) + $1 (commission) = $30.99.

Key Details:

The trial period begins on the date you install the app
If you uninstall during the trial, you won’t be charged. *However, reinstallation will not grant another trial, or enable you to 'pick up from where you left off' so make sure to use your trial fully when you install the app!
Billing occurs the day after the trial ends, and charges appear on your monthly Shopify invoice
