💡 Note: The variant picker block may have slight differences depending on the widget and page type you are using. Some customization options may not be available due to Shopify’s limitations and the structure of the widget

Accessing the variant picker block



Navigate to the variant picker block within the widget you are using in the ReConvert editor



Choosing variant selection options



Depending on your widget and page type ( see key differences at the bottom of this article), you can control which variant is preselected for customers. Your options are:

Default product variant – Uses the default variant set in your Shopify inventory. To set this, go to your Shopify inventory and drag the desired variant to the top of the list. The first variant in the list will be the default



Specific variant – Manually select a default variant within the widget



No preselected variant – No variant is preselected, allowing the customer to choose freely

📌 If a variant is unavailable, on pages other than post-purchase pages, you can set up an error message to notify the customer




Additional options (post-purchase pages only)


On post-purchase pages, additional settings may be available:

Display price next to variant – Choose whether to show the price alongside each variant



Combine all options into one dropdown – Merge all variants into a single dropdown for a streamlined selection



If you enable this, two additional settings become available:

Variant picker label text – Change the default label text from "variant" to custom text



Show price in dropdown – Display the price next to each variant in the combined dropdown



Click save at the top-right corner to apply your changes

Additional information



-> If no other variants exist for the selected product, the variant picker settings will not display additional options
-> Ensure your Shopify product variants are properly set up before enabling this block, especially if you are using 'default product variant'
