Understanding Your ReConvert dashboard: A quick guide



Welcome to your ReConvert dashboard! Here’s a complete walkthrough to help you understand what each section represents, where it leads, and how to navigate effectively.


Dashboard overview





This is the bird’s-eye view of your store’s upselling performance using ReConvert.

Flow builder access button



The Flow builder button in the dashboard redirects you to the ReConvert editor, where you can set up, edit, or optimize your upsell flows. In short, this is where the magic of ReConvert happens!

What you can do:


Create new post-purchase offers

A/B test upsell sequences to maximize effectiveness

Personalize offers for specific customer segments

Key metrics section



Revenue generated by the app: Tracks the total revenue ReConvert has driven in the selected timeframe

Accepted offers: Highlights the number of upsell offers accepted by customers

ROI: Displays the return on investment from using ReConvert

Conversion rate: The percentage of customers who accepted upsell offers

How to navigate


Use the timeframe filter to adjust the reporting period. The filter allows you to choose from preset options like Today, Last 7 Days, Last 30 Days, and more. You can also manually select start and end dates from the calendar view, ensuring precise control over the data you review.



Click the Flow builder button for easy access to building and customizing upsell flows!




Pages analytics





Here, you’ll find performance data for each ReConvert page type.

Columns explained:

Page: The specific page type (e.g., Checkout, Order Status, Post-Purchase Pages)

Impressions: Number of times the page was viewed

Clicks: Number of times customers interacted with offers on the page

CTR %: Click-through rate, which is the percentage of impressions that resulted in clicks

Conversions: Successful upsells completed on the page

Revenue: Total revenue generated from the specific page

How to use it


Identify high-performing pages to replicate their success across your store

Drill down into underperforming pages to optimize their content or offers


Activity report





This section provides a chronological view of all post-purchase upsell activities. It’s designed to keep you informed about customer actions and outcomes.

Columns explained:


Time: The exact timestamp of the event

Order: Links to the Shopify order page for detailed insights

Customer: Provides a direct link to the customer's profile for tracking engagement

Page: Indicates where the action occurred (e.g., Thank You Page, Post-Purchase Page 1)

Event: Details of what happened (e.g., product purchased or added to cart)

Value: The revenue generated or action impact

How to use it:


Click on any link under the Order or Customer column for deeper exploration into specific orders or customer behavior

Use the Download report button to export the activity data as a .csv file for further analysis or record-keeping






At the bottom of your ReConvert interface, you’ll find the Recommended apps section. This showcases our sister tools that can complement your ReConvert setup to boost store performance.

How it works:


Each app listed includes a short description, customer rating, and key features

Use the "Try it for free" button to explore and integrate these apps directly into your Shopify store

On the left sidebar under Apps, click ReConvert to expand your options. Here’s what each sub-link provides:

Checkout: Access and customize your checkout upsell offers (Shopify Plus merchants only, due to Shopify limitations!)
Social automation: set up automations once, and let Minta's powerful technology work in the background
Activity report: Review all activity related to your upsell offers, including customer actions (as per the section above, but a dedicated page with no other distractions)
Referral program: Set up and manage referral programs to boost customer acquisition - get paid for helping others also maximize their revenues!
Settings: Configure app functionality and manage integrations. In Settings you can:

- Enable or disable the app

- Set ReConvert as your post-purchase app

- Select your store's admin language

- Integrate third-party integrations

- Configure order settings, including:

- Sending emails for upsell updates

- Adding upsold items to either existing or new orders

- Managing payment methods for upsells

- Setting reserve times for unpaid upsold items or authorized (though funds not transferred) orders

- Handling fulfilled orders

- Add notes, tags, and hold statuses to orders generated by ReConvert
