1. Understanding ReConvert Pricing on Wix

In this article, we’ll walk you through ReConvert’s pricing plans on the Wix platform, and help you understand how app fees are calculated.

Free Trial

First and foremost, as a new user, you’ll enjoy a 14-day free trial of ReConvert on Wix. During this trial period, you can explore the application free of charge, and see if it’s a good fit for your store.

Pricing

We calculate app fees based on one of two factors (whichever is higher):
The total number of orders generated by your store.
OR
The total revenue generated by ReConvert.

Fee brackets are outlined in the table below.
The numbers in the left-hand column represent either the total number of orders on your store, or the revenue generated by the app.
Your app fee is calculated by whichever one of these numbers is higher. (see real-life examples below for more detailed explanation)

Pricing Table
Here is a summary of the ReConvert pricing on Wix:

Examples:

A user installed ReConvert on their Wix store. During the last 30 days, their store had 250 orders and ReConvert generated $900 in revenue.
Since the revenue generated by ReConvert is higher then the number of orders, the charge will be based on the revenue generated:
For up to $999 generated by the app the charge will be $79.99
Let's consider the other way around:
A user installed ReConvert on their Wix store. During the last 30 days, their store had 900 orders and ReConvert generated $250 in revenue.
Since the number of store orders is higher than the revenue generated by ReConvert, the charge will be based on the store orders:
Fo up to to 999 store orders the charge will be $79.99
A user installed ReConvert on their Wix store. During the last 30 days, their store had 900 orders and ReConvert generated $3,500 in revenue.
Since the revenue generated by ReConvert is higher then the number of store orders, the charge will be based on the revenue generated:
For up to $1,999 generated by the app the charge will be $149.99 + $0.05 for each additional dollar generated by the app, in this case: $1,501 x 0.05 = $75.05
Total charge: 149.99 + $75.05 = $225.04

Please note: ReConvert’s pricing is dynamic - i.e. app fees may change each month based on your store’s performance. More sales or revenue generated by ReConvert may move you into a higher pricing bracket. Less sales or revenue generated by ReConvert may move into a lower pricing bracket.

2. ReConvert dashboard

Here is a video representation of the Dashboard page:

In the video, there is a specific section (starting at 3:12) that demonstrates a live example of how the analytics are updated after a purchase is made. This example walks you through the process of adding an upsell product to the cart, completing the purchase, and then observing the updated analytics on the ReConvert dashboard. It showcases how the dashboard reflects the changes in real-time, including the number of impressions, clicks, conversions, and the total revenue generated by the upsell. It's a valuable demonstration that helps you understand how the ReConvert app tracks and presents the analytics associated with customer purchases.
