How to add video to your thank you page



Video is a great medium to communicate a message to your customer. ReConvert has a feature which allows you to add a video to your Thank You Page. Be it to tell a behind-the-scenes story about your product, to share a special offer, or even just an advert. Video can help increase conversion because videos accomplish what photography can’t. They give consumers more information about your product, providing a better understanding of what your product is like in real life.

Adding Video🎞:



To add this feature, you need to take the following steps, which are also shown below:

1️⃣ Access the Right Area section on your Reconvert Menu

2️⃣ Click Add Section



3️⃣ Scroll down to Video



On the menu, you have the option to

Choose the video type (we currently support YouTube and Vimeo)



Add the video’s ID (you can find it at the end of the video url):


YouTube Video Url: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=a7kFvGNgdJI - ID: a7kFvGNgdJI
Vimeo Video Url: https://vimeo.com/135444870 - ID: 135444870

Choose the auto-play video option (Not compatible with all browsers)


💡 TIP: If the video you're adding to your thank you page is important and you'd like all your customers to watch it, place it at the top of the right side of the thank you page, as it will be the first thing to appear on the mobile version.

Do take care to make sure the video title is clear so customers won't miss it.
You can edit the title using the free text feature above the video.
