Single product-upsell section

Select the checkout page which you'd like to add the widget too(information page / shipping page / payment page).
On the left menu, click on the "Add section" button.
Select the single product upsell sub-section.



The single product upsell block has the following main settings:

Product to display - select which product will be displayed in the offer.
Shopify recommendations - this option will display a dynamic product based on the Shopify recommendations algorithm.
Most expensive product in cart - this option will upsell the most expensive product in cart.
Cheapest product in cart - this option will upsell the cheapest product in cart.
Specific product - this option will allow you to select a specific product from your store.

Recommendation intent - If the Shopify recommendations are chosen, this feature becomes accessible, enabling you to customize dynamic recommendations. You can choose from the following options:

Auto-generated Related recommendations.
Manually configured Complementary recommendations.

To set up recommended products for each intent, use the Shopify Search & Discovery app.



Select alternative product - Once a product is selected, you can chose what happens if the selected product is already in the cart:
Shopify recommendations - this option will display a dynamic product based on the Shopify recommendations algorithm.
Display alternative specific product - this option will allow you to select a specific product from your store.
Display featured product anyway - in this option the product will show up in the upsell widget even though it's already in the order.
Hide upsell - this option will hide the offer.



The single product upsell sub-section contains the following settings:

Exclusion tags - this option will allow you to define product tags, that will prevent all products who are tagged with these tags from showing up in the upsell offer.
Hide products that are in the cart - this option will hide products that are already in the cart.
Enable variant selection - enable or disable the variant selector.
