How to use product collection conditions | Shopify
Learn how to utilize the new Product Collection condition to enhance your upsell and cross-sell strategies. This feature allows you to target specific collections, enabling more precise and personalized offers.
Step-by-Step Instructions:
Click on Add Condition within your flow
From the dropdown menu, select product collection
Choose the specific collection for which you wish to show/not show widgets
Select whether you wish the condition to be triggered if:- a) any product in the customer's cart contains a product from the selected collection; or b) all products in the customer's cart are products from the selected condition
Select whether you wish the condition to trigger if the product is/are from a certain collection(s) or is/are not from a certain collection(s)
Select the collection you want to include/exclude and click save
