How to use product category conditions | Wix
Learn how to utilize the new product category condition to enhance your upsell and cross-sell strategies. This feature allows you to target specific categories, enabling more precise and personalized offers.
Click on Add Condition within your flow
From the dropdown menu, select product category

Select whether you wish the condition to be triggered if:- a) at least one product in the customer's cart contains a product from the selected category; or b) every product in the customer's cart are products from the selected category

Select whether you wish the condition to trigger if the product is/are from a certain category/categories or is/are not from a certain category/categories

Choose the specific category for which you wish to show/not show widgets and then click save
