How to resolve the 'Action Required for ReConvert' warning message

You might have encountered an issue on your store showing the message "Action required for ReConvert," indicating the need to upgrade to Checkout Extensibility.

When you see the 'Action required for ReConvert' warning message, it means your Thank You and Order Status pages are using legacy apps or scripts and need to be upgraded for ReConvert to work its magic from behind the scenes!

This short article and video will help you to do so in a few short steps.





Click Settings at the bottom of the page to access Shopify settings



Select Checkout in the settings menu



In the Checkout section, you'll notice that your Thank You and Order Status pages are using legacy scripts. Click on Activate these pages



A confirmation box will appear. Click on Activate pages at the top left to finalize the activation



Click Save. Repeat this step if necessary for additional pages using legacy scripts





Click Exit to leave the editor



Refresh your Shopify settings page. You should see that the upgrade to checkout extensibility is complete, and the warning message no longer appears in ReConvert
