How to make sure ReConvert is active and properly set up on your Shopify store | Shopify

To make sure ReConvert is set up correctly and working as expected on your Shopify store, follow the steps below.



Step 1: Check app status


  1. Navigate to ReConvert in your Shopify admin

  1. Go to Settings β†’ App Status

  1. Confirm that the app is Enabled



Step 2: Set ReConvert as the Post-Purchase App


  1. Go to Store Settings β†’ Checkout in your Shopify admin

  1. Scroll down to the Post-Purchase Page section

  1. Ensure ReConvert is selected as the post-purchase app



Step 3: Verify thank you page and order status page setup


  1. From the Shopify admin panel, go to Online Store β†’ Themes β†’ Customize

  1. In the top center of the page, click the down arrow on Home page and then click Checkout and customer accounts

  1. Make sure the App Block is added to each page (checkout*, thank you and order status page) to display offers created in the Flow Builder
